Dog dragging his back legs : is it neurological disease or not ?

Hi My friends this dog came to my online clinic yesterday . He was dragging his back legs and wagging his tails in a funny way .Hes not in any pain. No yelping or crying just his normal giddy self lol. The owner said it was happened suddenly and asked me for diagnosis ....

Watch the videos for more details .....

Diagnosis and treatment :
1- It’s probably a disc, and this may require surgery, steroids needed , pain medics and very limited movement/ lots of crating and if it is a disc, it can be very painful. Limited movement is to prevent rupturing or tearing the disc further.
2- Possible herniated disk, rest is good, also dogs hide pain very well, he will likely need , anti inflammatory , and some pain medics , hopefully not surgery.
3-If you notice anything else weird, like in his eyes or head movements. Is he an older dog.Older dogs may experience some neurological issues that disappear at short time.
4- X-ray is very helpful in these cases as it shows any abnormal bone deformities only true diagnostic " true diagnostic for IVDD is myelogram/CT or an MRI ".
5- A hard rehab and in order to fix our dog we had to treat him like he was unloved. He was crated all day, carried outside in the crate to go potty, immediately put in the crate after going potty. We talked to him but never tried to get him excited. He also had anti inflammatory medics. We fed him at the crate door. After 3 weeks of this he was able to walk and has been fine ever since.
6- The dog must be given steroid injection,Often that will reduce inflammation so he can regain use. Have to be extra careful after that. No jumping, going up down stairs etc.Does he seem to have control of bladder bowels? Need to be on top of that especially bladder or kidneys will shut down.

7- A partial compression of the spinal chord. STRICT crate rest and medications might improve. Carry in and outside other than that leave him in a crate. Any strenuous activity (jumping/playing/running) could cause him to fully slip and become totally paralyzed and lose bladder control. If that happens he will require surgery. Keep a very close eye on his condition..
