1- In some cases if you dog can not accommodate the collar or the bell , you will have to remove the bell .
2- Maybe the noise of the bell bother him.
3- How long has he had it? May just take getting used to. some pets may take some time to keep with it .
4- If you do not need the collar then you remove the collar and get him micro-chipped instead.
5- If you want to train your dog for wearing collar with bell then Keep it on only for short periods of time when you’re paying close attention. This way you train them to wear them but while they are getting used to it they won’t get hurt.
6- I am sure the bell was ticking him off and pushing him into play mode.
