- Different sized pupils are not good, It could indicate neurological issue or eye damage.
- Rise in Intracranial pressure (ICP) can make different sized pupils.
- Some cases might need Emergency vets now.
- Different sized pupils can point towards head trauma/concussion, get him to a vet ASAP.
- Feline Luekemia also are suspected it can be diagnosed using blood tests.

- Some cat have different size pupils from an eye infection from playing in crawl space. Vet will give you antibiotic eye drops and it will be fixed in 3 days.
- Vet always suggests to flush with natural tears like original Refresh Tears until you can get there.
- If you can not afford a vet then may be you can call for some advice. I don't know if they charge for that or not but won't hurt to try. Also you can try calling different vets you are able to get to if need to and see if any take payments if care is needed.
- Try to rinse the eyes out for any thing that may be in there.
