Causes :
1- Eating large amounts og concentrates
2- No green fodders .
3- Increased amounts of concentrates in the ration of the animals .
Signs :
1- Depression and dullness of the animal .
2- Animal become of food.
3- Rumen atony .
4- Diarrhea .
5- In some cases bloat at teh left side .
6- Recumbency in severe cases .
7- Increased heart rate in case if acidosis .
Treatment :
1- Give the animal green fodders immediately .
2- Remove concentrated ration .
3- Use rumen stimulant " powder as Laxavet , Laxamon or sodium bicarbonate "
4- Give the animal rumen stimulant as Bekahepar or Phosphortonic 20 ml
5- saline in case of food.
6- Use Sodium bicarbonate solution intravenous to treat acidosis .
7- Give the animal antibiotic " Penstrept or any other antibiotic "
8- Paraffin oil on case of no defecation
9 - Call the veterinarian .
